Please review the FAQ's and the Reservation Process. Payment details: → For appointments scheduled totaling $900 or less per day, per artist, a signed contract and a payment in full of the total invoice is required to reserve the appointment. → For appointments scheduled with 30 days or more until the event, totaling $1,800 or more per day, a signed contract and a 50% deposit per day scheduled is required to reserve the appointment. The remaining balance will be due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled appointment(s). → For clients requiring services before 6am within the LA area, in addition to the services, a fee of $90 per hour per Artist will be added to the invoice. → Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. Gratuity is appreciated but not expected. → Touch ups throughout the event is $90/hr per artist. Methods of Payment: Zelle preferred For bookings with 1-3 days prior to the appointment(s), the payment must have cleared for the appointment(s) to be confirmed. The only method of payment is Zelle. For bookings with 4-10 days prior to the appointment(s), all payments must have cleared for the appointment(s) to be confirmed. The methods of payment are: Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay and Square Payment. For bookings with 10 or more days prior to the appointment, all payments must have cleared for the appointment to be confirmed. The methods of payment are Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay and Square payment and PayPal. Travel Expenses → For most reservations, a parking deposit is required. The client will be billed with all parking expenses that may be incurred to provide the services, this will be refunded in full if no parking expenses were required. For services at a resort, the parking expense will be billed to the client’s suite when possible. → For destination events, travel expenses are paid prior to the travel date for by the client and agreed upon in advance. → Production companies: Parking will be added to the invoice or a separate invoice will be issued depending on the reservation. Cancelations When cancelling an appointment, all payments received by the Company are non-refundable except for traveling fees and parking deposit Please send the answers to the questions that applies to your reservation: INITIAL INQUIRY • Are you interested in scheduling a makeup and/or hair trial? Please send tentative dates, including the year: • What is the location where you would like to schedule the trial? • Do we need to move our initial makeup and/or hair set up to a different room or location? If yes, what is the second address? • List all clients who are requesting a blowout + (specify) hair down, hair down with curls or updo: • List all clients that will come to the appointment with clip-in hair extensions + either requesting hair down, hair down with curls or an updo: • List all clients that will come to the appointment with clip-in hair extensions + either requesting a blowout with hair down, hair down curls or updo: • Send reference images of what the client has in mind for makeup and/or hair: • Send a photo of the back of the client's hair, with the same hair texture it will have on the day of appointment: RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT • Client’s first and last name on the reservation: • Email address on the reservation: • Company name on the reservation (if applicable): • Direct contact phone number: • Day of contact, email or phone number (skip if it is the same as direct contact): • List all clients in the order you would like them to be place on the timeline: • Directions for secluded locations or locations where is known that the gps will send you to a different location or the wrong entrance. e.i. gate codes, parking restrictions, parking permits, buildings with multiple entrances, etc: • Are you booking an artist to stay for touch ups throughout the event? For how many hours? $90/hour per artist. • List any clients with skin allergies, skin sensitivities, bruising, eczema, excessively oily scalp, etc or any specific request: • Clients who are not scheduled for a blow out and come to the appointment with wet or damp hair will incur an additional $50 charge per client.
